In working with our architect, based in Phuket, we have developed a concept that utilizes living-areas, captures natural light, and leaves you feeling that every area of the house has been given the necessary thought regarding design aspect. On entry to the house you will immediately notice the open-plan, and light, airy design. All houses come with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the master bedroom being en-suite with a sizeable balcony. Special consideration has been given to the two-stage staircase, enabling a wide, lightly-graded pitch. One of the main features of the house design is the amount of windows, allowing for maximum light exposure and an overall spacious feel.
